Spawned from the famous cafe in Paris and Geneva of the same name, L'Entrecote de Paris' claim to fame is the world-renowned secret sauce, to which it holds the exclusive rights. The decor is charming and the atmosphere is lively. Sit beneath a red-striped awning in a glass-encased terrace. The atmosphere is festive, especially on Friday and Saturday nights when the piano starts playing. The menu includes oysters on the half-shell and crab cakes with escargots. For dinner, try the L'Entrecote de Paris, tender charbroiled New York steak served with their signature sauce, fries and salad, and the Ris de Veau aux Capres (veal sweetbreads sautéed in butter, white wine and capers).
