You will find the usual Mexican fare here with a few surprises. Pluses include generous portions, courteous staff, and a genial atmosphere. The dining area is clean, spacious and comfortable, with simple yet tasteful furnishings. House specialties are the Chile Colorado, Fajitas (choice of meats) and the Chile Verde. The Camarones Rancheros (prawns sauteed in white wine with vegetables and spices, served in a fried tortilla shell) are excellent. The Acapulco Combination (several types of shellfish and red snapper with vegetables cooked in white wine) will satiate even a large appetite. All entrees are served with rice, beans, and salad.
