This deli is one of the few places in San Francisco where you can get good Jewish food. It is not much different than a Jewish deli in New York with its Formica counters and solid, unfussy food. There is nothing to kvetch about in the corned beef sandwich and the matzo ball soup can cure what ails you, physically or spiritually. It is worth saving room for one of the pastries shown off so prominently in the window display. Meals here are $15 or less and the service is quick and friendly. Review © 2009, Wcities |
