One of two bars in the historic Westin St. Francis Hotel, this is a quiet place to enjoy a drink and look out on The City. A nautical theme is mixed with sports memorabilia in the sedate interior. Drinks, though pricey, are very good, as is the service. The atmosphere may be casual, but the surroundings are elegant in an unstuffy way and the mood is always convivial, whether you are a regular or a tourist. Admission prices vary.
