If the name of this clubby establishment does not give away the house specialty, the murals, sculptures and vintage decoys all depicting the eponymous fowl should. There are a few other items on the menu here such as pasta, seafood and steak, but duck is the raison d'etre for it all. Duck, moist and succulent, is roasted with cherries or candied in orange, smoked with chestnut stuffing or ground into spicy sausages. The daily specials take duck to flavorful places and cooked to perfection the way only a chef who specialized like this can. The wait staff specializes, too, in great service.
