This beautiful wedding cake of a mansion, built in 1899, is an outstanding example of the Neo-classical Revival style significant enough to have been designated a National Historic Site by the United States Department of the Interior. The 37-room estate features a Tiffany-style dome, 10 fireplaces and lovely parquet floors in its 16,224 square-feet. The ticket charges for holidays at Dunsmuir are $11 for adults, $10 for senior citizens (62+), $7 for children 6-13yrs and $9 for groups of ten or more. Review © 2009, Wcities |
