The sleek dining room done in Asian ultra-modern is a setting designed not to distract diners from the delicious fusion of East and West to be found here. The ingredients, from the shops in Chinatown, couldn't be fresher and the day's menu is often planned by the couple, Angela and Larry Tse, who run this place around what they find there.
