Ever since it opened in 1962, this shop has been one of San Francisco's prime locations to find LPs, tapes and CDs of traditional and popular Irish music. In fact, only Irish music can be found here, along with a handful of traditional Irish instruments and a staff of friendly, knowledgable Irish-Americans. Those who visit on St. Patrick's Day will be treated to an annual live performance of appropriately Celtic music just outside the record store's door. Review © 2009, Wcities |
