Many travelers to Amsterdam (and Indonesia, of course) have been introduced there to the sweet-fiery experience of Indonesian rijstaffel, or 'rice table' with its Bami Goreng and Nasi Goreng. It is a wonderful, do-it-yourself spread of hot and tangy ingredients. This cozy place's rendition of rijstaffel has an authentically 'zing', and can be unhesitatingly recommended.
