There is an art to fine chocolate making and the Schmidt family does not stint on its art. Not only do they turn out an exceptionally smooth and rich chocolate, they sculpt it into shapes that are almost too beautiful to eat. For Easter, go beyond a chocolate bunny and pick up a bouquet of perfectly rendered chocolate tulips, including a ruffle on the edge. For a real statement, you can serve them up in one of the oversized chocolate vases also on sale. For something more low-key, but just as delicious, there is an ever-changing array of flavored truffles and Almond Bark.
