This is San Francisco's municipal bus and streetcar system. It provides 24-hour service on some routes throughout the city. Adult fare is $1.25 while seniors, disabled, and students can ride for a mere 35 cents. Children under five ride for free. Exact change is needed. Transfers are given when the fare is paid and are good for another ride on any MUNI line for two hours. All lines are marked with a number and destination.
