The world's biggest salami is just one of the many attractions at what claims to be the world's oldest street fair. This free fair, held over a weekend in mid-June, celebrates the attractions of North Beach, one of San Francisco's most historic neighborhoods. It features arts and crafts, live music and small press booksellers. In addition to the salami, one of the biggest attractions of the festival is the Italian food prepared by some of North Beach's finest restaurants. Review © 2009, Wcities
