Try not to go by the almost bare cream colored walls of Oak City. They may not say much about this place but the cuisine sure does. You can also be sure that if the nondescript Norwegian Smoked Salmon with Dill Cream Cheese doesn't leave you speechless, the Sake Steamed Mussels (in which the Keffir lime leaves provide the punch!) definitely will.
