This is one of the twenty-something crowd's favorite places to congregate late into the night. Patrons can be found burning the candle at both ends - over burgers and tuna melts in the dining room - then slamming beers in the bar until closing time. The decor is Victorian with murals and lighting that recalls, but does not reproduce, that past age. The mood is boisterous, the noise level high, and though the service can sometimes be enthusiastic rather than efficient, it does not diminish the good mood that seems to always pervade here.
