Every summer, dozens of individuals, couples, and groups enjoy the gigantic sand castle creations to be judged. Stroll along the beach and take in the sights, both the contest entries and the view of San Francisco. You will see unbelievably creative works of art displayed. It is a great contest to take the kids to. There are more than just castles, though. People make animals, cartoon characters, people, toys, and themed sculptures. Food stands, music, and other activities are also provided. Some vendors may accept credit cards. Review © 2009, Wcities
