Senses is a slick joint located in the trendy Mission area. Local modern art and bamboo add interesting touches to the decor, but the main draw is definitely the fusion cuisine. Chef Sophiane Benaouda has created an interesting menu which is a mix of Californian and French fare. There are primarily hot and cold small plate selections available, along with entrees like Lobster Stew (with cognac flambé), Sunshine Vegetable Gratin, and a hotchpotch of other seafood, meat and vegetarian dishes.
