Wolfgang Puck had already penetrated the Bay Area with Postrio in San Francisco, but for those who want the L.A. experience, there is nothing quite like this place with an open kitchen dominating the spacious dining area. The pizza is the star here, with goat cheese, of course, but also with caviar or smoked salmon among other seriously gourmet toppings. Non-pizza items include pasta, fresh fish and a nice selection of vegetarian items that rely on seasonal produce. For dessert, look no further than the Molten Chocolate Truffle Cake.
