This hip and happening wine shop, located in the trendy Castro district, stands out from the many other wine stores in San Francisco because it goes above and beyond one's expectations. Not only do they sell a variety of wines from all over the world (most are produced by small, organic wineries), but they also feature a wine bar where you can sip and mingle, as well as a variety of other features and services ranging from cellar consultation and party planning to a wine club and annual tasting events. Owners Jerry and Christopher are knowledgeable, extremely friendly and always willing help out and make suggestions. The decor has a modern, minimalistic flare to it, reminiscent of a New York loft.
