Call ahead for a reservation or expect to wait when trying to snare one of the twelve tables at this madly popular neighborhood restaurant. Diners with conservative taste buds can enjoy traditional Italian dishes such as homemade gnocci and eggplant parmesan. Or for something different there are plenty of ambitiously unique entrees, including angel hair pasta with meatballs and a tart lemon sauce. All of its Ligurian tarts come highly recommended.
