The wise folks on the Everett City Council decided in 1998 to refurbish this park, which was certainly looking the worse for wear. Fortunately, the overhaul has done a lot to bring it back to life. Its new playground is one of the biggest in the area, and the summer music program for children is very popular and runs on Tuesdays at noon throughout the summer months.
