Owned by the same team that made Coastal Kitchen, the 5 Spot Cafe and Jitterbug such hits, this place offers dressed-up comfort food. Eventually, Atlas plans to live up to its name and sample cuisines from around the world on a rotating basis, but for now, it's sticking with glorified American grub. Fried chicken, corned beef hash, barbecued pork sandwiches and crab cakes are beautifully prepared and presented. Deep red and blue walls hung with paintings soften the raucous room.
