This art museum specializes in the work of Northwest artists but also explores national and international influences on local art. The museum's new facility, designed by architect Stephen Holl, has 5,800 square feet of gallery space on three floors, plus an art school, studio space for visiting artists, and the interactive Explore Gallery. The museum offers lectures and classes regularly. Admission is $7 for adults, $5 for seniors and students and free for children under six.
