A favorite activity both for Puget Sound families and its visitors is to head out to one of the local farms for the day. This is both a popular and a thriving industry, but this farm remains among the favored few nonetheless. Picking berries is popular in the summer months (you get to take what you pluck), and picnics are a hoot all year round. Tours are also available for those with limited farm experience.
