This fun and casual restaurant, outpost of the California chain, offers gourmet pizzas, pastas and salads. The restaurant was started in 1985, in Beverly Hills no less. Each of the international-style menu choices is prepared so that the flavor of every ingredient stands out. Interesting pizza combinations include BBQ Chicken with Smoked Gouda, Peking Duck, Thai Chicken in a spicy peanut-ginger and sesame sauce, and Caribbean Chicken with bananas, sweet chili sauce and mozzarella cheese.
