There are few restaurants that cater to an exclusively vegetarian clientele, and this is one of the better in that small group. Depending on your tastes, the spicing is either exhilarating or over-assertive. But, if vegetables with panache are your thing, drop what you are doing and head over. The space here is warm and bright and drawing it all together is a colorful mural painted by co-owner Kathryn Neumann. Cafe-style tables and wood chairs line the walls and the music is pumped up rather high. On nice days go out to the small patio behind the eclectic lounge area and enjoy a sunny day and fresh food. Gourmet pizzas topped with a variety of vegetables, sumptuous salads and savory starters including a delicious phyllo pastry filled with mushrooms and cheese, or a main dish of crusted tofu with eggplant are just a small sample of the creativity you will find on the menu.
