For more than 25 years, this independent store has supplied great music at low prices. When it opened in the University District in 1972, it carried used records, cassettes and eight-track tapes. Today, the company has four stores selling new and used music, mostly rock. (Compact discs have replaced eight-tracks.) The people who work here are music aficionados, and they can deftly lead you toward what you are looking for.
