This bed-and-breakfast is in a 1915 Georgian Colonial house in the University District. It is very close to the University of Washington and just a few minutes from downtown. Some rooms offer mountain views, others a fireplace. All rooms offer a private bath and private phone with modem access. The hosts thoughtfully supply bathrobes, bottled water, soft down comforters and a resident Teddy bear in each room.
