Mechanic-turned-grillmaster Gene Porter turns out Southern barbeque and down-home ambiance in the land of high tech. Dixie's optional "The Man" sauce is about as hot as sauce comes, so go easy; meals have been ruined here by unwary applications. The already spicy, already delicious barbeque doesn't really need the boost. Order Ribs, Chicken or a Brisket Sandwich with Southern diner sides like Beans and Rice, Potato Salad, Baked Beans and Corn Bread. And don't forget iced tea to soothe the burn.
