Operated by Edmonds Community College, this innovative conference center is a new addition to the downtown Edmonds seaside area (15 minutes north of Seattle). The facilities available for lease include an open atrium area, meeting rooms, an exhibition hall and offices. The Chrysanthemum Room can handle events for 100 to 464 people; the Rhododendron Room, also on the main floor, is smaller and accommodates 68 guests; and the two smallest rooms, called Orchid Rooms, accommodate up to 49 people apiece.
