This casual cafe-style restaurant serves big plates of high-quality roasted meats. The Radiant Roaster Prime Rib is roasted in the trademarked 18 Hour Flav'r Cycle, ensuring its tenderness every time. The Slow-Turned Leg of Fresh Pork is cooked the same way. The menu also includes chicken and turkey dishes. The warm, comfortable bar area has lots of dark wood and copper-topped tables, not to be outdone by the neon beer signs that litter the windows.
