Across the tracks from Magnolia Bluff, Interbay is a narrow district characterized by the presence of several industrial facilities. Much of the area is occupied by the BNSF Railway Yards, which serve the ports located nearby. Fisherman's Terminal, also located here, sits near Salmon Bay on a section of the Lake Washington Ship Canal.
