This restaurant is special and not just because there aren't a lot of authentic Afghan restaurants in Seattle, but also because the Afghani owners do the cuisine so well. Pasta in a Yogurt-Garlic Sauce, Basmati Rice topped with Spinach in a Lamb Sauce and Sauteed Eggplant are samples of the menu. Kebabs of beef, chicken and lamb are popular as well and there are also a number of vegetarian entrees. For dessert, try the homemade Pistachio Rosewater Ice Cream.
