Kaizuka Teppanyaki and Sushi Bar

Small, homey Japanese eatery
1306 South King Street
Seattle, WA 98144
+1 206 860 1556
Shiro Kashiba opened Nikko in this space and made a shining name for himself as Seattle's best sushi chef. He moved Nikko to the Westin Hotel then sold it and set himself up anew at Shiro's in Belltown. Meanwhile Jeff and Lisa Kaizuka took over this space and established their own shrine to Japanese good taste and cuisine. Jeff does his dashing cookery at teppanyaki tables, flashing knives and flash-frying meat and seafood. Lisa waits tables and acts as host. Sushi cuts are generous and modestly priced.
