Do not let the stuffed buffalo head or the other Wild West paraphernalia fool you. This ain't Texas. The atmosphere in this Capitol Hill neighborhood tavern is warm, casual, even trendy. DJs spin alternative records. Pitchers of microbrew flow freely, and the menu consists of Southern fare including Chicken Potpie, meatloaf and the beloved Chicken-Fried Steak.
