Everyone at restaurants like Madison Park Café seems to know one another, and everyone appears to be going someplace important. Walk down the street to the beach, take in the beautiful view of the east side, and dream about your new waterfront villa, or visit Washington Park, a 200-acre arboreteum often considered one of the most impressive in the country, also located in Madison Park.
