The name is meant to conjure a "don't worry, be happy" expectation (mar for sea and azul for blue), and the tropical decor and sinuously curved tile water "walls" invite you into an imaginative place where lollypops are made of tunapica and lemongrass chicken. Attached to the Pan Pacific Hotel and serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, this unusual menu features bento boxes in Latin, Asian, or Caribbean themes, and side dishes like cassava boniato mash.
