If you are craving a fast, messy, guilty pleasure of a meal, then it is hard to do better than this thoroughly decadent Bellevue eatery. You will have to pull a stool up to the counter here, and there is not much chance for lazy conversation, just a row of folks stuffing themselves with maximum efficiency. Dogs, dogs, dogs, piled with all the meats, beans and cheeses you could possibly imagine top the menu. Credit cards are not accepted.
