Offering more than 25 different seafood dishes, this restaurant can be considered one of the Pacific Northwest's premier seafood specialists. While the menu changes daily, you can expect creative dishes like the Hawaiian Blue Marlin with Hunan barbecue sauce or the Washington Dover Sole topped with Shrimp Meuniere. Dine near the exhibition-style kitchen or in the more private back area in this club-like restaurant of dark mahogany and glass. There is a full bar, which allows cigar and pipe smoking.
