Tucked among the auto shops, this Eastside favorite rises above its surroundings. The charming dining room makes an apt setting for elegant meals. The huge but consistent menu includes modestly priced standards, as well as more expensive exotic dishes like Shark Fin Soup and other seafood fresh from tanks. As the name implies, seafood stands out here, but check for specials on Peking Duck and other classics. The high-tech crowd comes in for the good Dim Sum lunch. This is a smoke-free restaurant.
