Formerly Saleh Al Lago, this remains one of Seattle's favorite restaurants. Located in the pleasant Green Lake area, it has a great reputation for good food and terrific service. Large windows allow patrons a view of the lake and passersby. The two-tiered dining area is open and airy, and its pinkish color adds warmth. The menu has gone from mostly Italian to more Northwest- and French-influenced fare with plenty of seafood. A few old favorites remain including the Calamari and the Beef Tenderloin.
