Newport

Seattle
Part of the Bellevue area, Newport, or Newport Hills as it is often known, is a small community that sits conveniently near the intersection of two major highways, I-90 and I-405. Despite bordering some of Seattle's main arteries, Newport and its residents have maintained a close knit community. The area was originally popular in the '50s and '60s due to the presence of a Boeing factory, but now the area is home to a variety of families and professionals. There is some shopping in the area and easy access to Seattle-Tacoma Airport, about 20 minutes away, is also a plus.
