The strong recommendations by Gourmet Magazine and the Zagat Guide calling this the Northwest's premier Japanese restaurant come as no surprise to those who dine here. Located in the Westin Hotel, the elegant restaurant has a traditional design with sushi bar, tatami-mat rooms and robata counter. Starters include Steamed Asparagus with sesame-miso dressing and Giant Geoduck Clams sauteed in butter and sake.
