Although it sits in a humdrum strip mall at the corner of a busy intersection, those in the know consider this one of the finest Chinese restaurants on either side of the lake. From the fish tanks in front to the large tables in back, the decor is enchanting without being overwhelming. This place does get crowded though, so if you come during the lunch hour or on Sunday when dim sum is dished up, you can expect a wait. All the usuals are served—Kung Pao Chicken, Mongolian Beef and the rest—but there are many dishes that you may not have experienced before like shark's fin, ox-tail stew or jellyfish.
