This eatery is representative of the types of restaurants found on the Avenue in the University District. It is fairly small, casual, often busy, and not exactly elegant. The plastic covered tables need updating, but it serves its purpose as a comfortable place to fill up on good, inexpensive food. The majority of the patrons are university students and young people, which is probably why the chatter in the room is so lively. The food is what you might expect from a college eatery — all the standards, prepared serviceably well. The Mongolian Beef is a standout. Review © 2009, Wcities |
