Living up to its billing, this wonderful little eatery serves up dishes from all over southern Asia. The husband and wife team that run this restaurant have given it the stamp of their personality. The seating, either in booths or at a counter, is comfortable and the chartreuse and royal blue decor is bright and cheerful. On warm days ask to sit outside on the deck off the second floor. A wide range of dishes from Malaysia, China and Korea are featured. The chow mein noodles, dumplings, Masha pancakes, Asian ravioli, sauces and dressings are all homemade. The dinner menu—there are separate menus for lunch, brunch, vegetarian and for kids—offers Asian tortillas filled with vegetables and meat; eight creative vegetable dishes (tofu can be substituted for meat); and an absolutely huge list of meat, poultry and seafood dishes. There are more than 20 wines available by the glass or bottle, and ten types of bottled beer. Review © 2009, Wcities |
