Located in the Westin Hotel, this restaurant is frequented by both business travelers and locals. The dimly lit interior is elegant and contemporary, yet comfortable. Little black dresses and jackets reign here. The food is a Euro-Asian-Polynesian blend, which makes sense considering Roy's started in Hawaii. Often you'll find Mahi Mahi, Onaga and Salmon on the menu, alongside Pork Roast and Short Ribs. The traditional-sounding escargot appetizer turns out to be a stew with short ribs.
