British expatriates will find a taste of home here. The menu includes meat pies and the like, but in well-turned versions neither heavy nor overcooked. Prime rib is expertly prepared. Local seafood gets the light touch it deserves. The atmosphere is often quiet, but can be quite raucous before and after show times at nearby Seattle Center. The crowd tends to be good-humored, thanks in large part to the charm of owner Patrick Conlan. The restaurant has a small parking lot and a full bar with a good wine list. Review © 2009, Wcities |
