One of the best places to enjoy Pho, the popular Vietnamese soup, this little eatery is tucked away in the far reaches of the International District. The service is fast and the seating is informal. But the quality of the food exceeds the fast-food atmosphere. Pho is strong beef stock with noodles, fresh raw vegetables and slices of beef.
