This Vietnamese place is near the top of the list in an area that is becoming known for its quality restaurants, which is one reason why it is nearly always full at lunch hour. Shades of purple and a large fish tank extend a soothing influence on frayed workday nerves as a kind of warm-up to the true restoration offered by the wonderful cuisine.
