For nearly 20 years this restaurant has served the foods of New Mexico in a casual atmosphere. Tempting dishes, reasonably priced, include the Garlic Custard appetizer, surrounded by a red chile and Montrachet sauce and served with blue tortilla chips. The Chile Relleno Tart is made with green chiles, mozzarella and Gruyere cheeses, baked in a blue corn pastry and served with soup and salad. A full bar turns out superb margaritas.
